Replica law
How this board stays legal
Airsoft Board is for airsoft replicas and gear, 18+ only. It is not a firearms, airgun, or live-weapon marketplace.
Federal marking rules for imitation firearms (16 CFR Part 272, including the blaze orange tip on the muzzle) apply to sale, transfer, and transport in the United States. Listings must keep the orange tip on in public, in parking lots, in photos used to sell, and in the box. A shipped replica without the tip is a federal marking issue — in a dispute, Board defaults to the buyer.
Do not list firearms, airguns, live ammunition, real suppressors, conversion parts, or night-vision / thermal devices that are regulated as weapons or ITAR/ATF items. Airsoft-marked replicas and airsoft-only tracers, optics, and furniture are allowed. Payment processors ban the rest; so does this board.
State and city rules differ — New Jersey, New York, Chicago, and others add their own limits. You are responsible for your local law. This page is not legal advice.
Default close is a card hold, then chrono at a commercial field, a public meetup, or ship-with-escrow. Cash to a stranger after you met on this site is outside protection. Do not send money off-platform while a hold is live — that breaks the trade rules.
Shipping is optional. Orange tip stays on in transit. Carriers and states set their own rules for imitation firearms — you follow those. Board escrow is a payment hold plus evidence, not a promise that a replica in a box matches a chrono in another city.
The field directory lists publicly advertised U.S. walk-on sites compiled from operator pages and public directories. Hours, day pass, and rental change — confirm with the field before you drive. A listing is not a partnership or endorsement.
