Trade rules

Same hold. Same thread. Same decision.

Money sits on the card until the replica is inspected or an admin closes the dispute. Buyers and sellers play by the same book. Off-board cash is outside protection.

1. Everyone

Phone and Discord unlock after a hold so you can meet or ship. They are not a license to pay somewhere else. Board can mystery-shop a listing. Sanctions can be lifted if they do not fit the case.

If this happensWhat Board does
Fraud, bait-and-switch, or intentional harm.Permanent ban. Hold goes to the other party.
Asking to drop the hold and pay cash, Venmo, Zelle, or any off-board channel while a hold is live.Hold refunded to the buyer. Listing pulled. Repeat offense is a ban.
Insults, threats, spam, or fake reviews.Warning, then suspension.
Doxxing the other party’s phone, address, or Discord to a third person.Ban.

2. Buyers

You confirm only after you have the replica and it matches. A confirm pays the seller. A dispute freezes the card. Silence after a ship inspect window pays the seller.

If this happensWhat Board does
Hold first. Phone and Discord unlock after the card is authorized — not before. No hold, no protection.
Inspect before you confirm. Chrono at the field, inspect in public, or use the 48-hour ship window.Confirming pays the seller.
Do not confirm because the seller asked you to. Confirm only after the replica matches the listing.A confirm closes the trade except clear fraud.
If it is wrong — FPS, condition, included parts, empty box — open a dispute with photos. Do not confirm.Hold freezes until an admin decides.
Changed your mind after a matching inspect: leave the replica, drop the hold. Taking it and then disputing “I don’t want it” pays the seller.Seller is paid if you take a matching replica.
No-show at the field or meetup. Replica stays with the seller.Hold drops. Buyer is refunded. Seller is not paid.
Ignore an admin request for more info.Decision can go against you — up to 100% to the seller if they proved handover.

3. Sellers

You get paid after inspect, not after a promise. Do not ask for confirm before chrono. Do not ignore the buyer or the arbitrator.

If this happensWhat Board does
List the replica you actually have. Photos, FPS, included kit, and condition must match what you hand over.Refund up to 100%, or a split if the buyer keeps it.
Listing a firearm, airgun, live ammo, a real suppressor, conversion parts, or ATF/ITAR night-vision or thermal.Listing pulled. Repeat is a ban. Payment processors treat those as firearms accessories.
Asking the buyer to confirm before they inspect or before the replica is in their hands.Warning. Repeat: listing pulled, payouts slowed.
Ignoring buyer questions on a live hold, or ghosting a meetup you agreed to.Refund up to 100%.
Listing a replica you cannot sell (sold elsewhere, never had it).Refund 100%. Repeat: listings pulled.
Ship without tracking, without the orange tip on, or with a box that does not match the listing photos.Refund 100%. A shipped replica missing the blaze orange tip defaults to the buyer — federal marking rules apply in transit.
Ignoring the arbitrator or refusing to send requested photos, chrono, or tracking.Refund up to 100%.

If the replica is wrong

Defaults below. Written agreements in the dispute thread can change the split. The final number is the admin’s.

If this happensWhat Board does
Replica is not the listed item, or major parts listed as included are missing.Refund up to 100%.
Condition or FPS is off, but the buyer keeps the replica.Split. Seller is paid a reduced amount. Board keeps the protection fee.
Buyer inspected, it matches, they take it, then open a dispute.Pay the seller.
Seller no-show, or refuses to complete after a live hold.Refund 100%.
Buyer no-show. Replica never left the seller.Refund the buyer. Seller keeps the replica.
Ship: tracking delivered, buyer silent through the 48-hour inspect window.Pay the seller.
Ship: empty box, wrong item, or not-as-described photos inside the inspect window.Refund or split, from the evidence.
Either side silent after an admin request for more info (48 hours).Up to 100% against the silent party.

4. Arbitration

  1. Try to agree on the listing first. If you cannot, either side opens a dispute with a written claim.
  2. The hold freezes. The card is not captured and not refunded until a decision.
  3. Both sides post what happened, in order. Photos, chrono clips, tracking, and packing shots go in the same thread.
  4. Chat agreements in that thread count. Side deals off the board do not.
  5. An admin may request more info. You have 48 hours. Ignoring it can cost you the hold.
  6. The admin pays the seller, refunds the buyer, or splits — a lower payout if the buyer keeps a flawed replica.
  7. Each case is individual. The table is the default, not a formula. The decision on the hold is final.
