Airsoft Board hold

100% protection on the card

  • 48h inspect on ship, chrono at the field
  • Admin can pay, refund, or split

“They’ll just sell at the field and not mark it sold”

Yes, if the site gives them a name, a phone, and a table, then asks for 5.5% after cash changes hands. That is Craigslist. It cannot be policed.

Airsoft Board does not pay the seller for cash on the side. The replica is held on the buyer’s card first. Seller contact and the exact chrono window unlock after that hold. After it chronos, both tap confirm and the hold captures. If they walk off and pay cash anyway, the hold expires, the buyer is refunded, and the seller still has the replica — they just skipped getting paid through the only channel that builds their trade count.

Repeat sellers (the people who actually move GMV) care about verified trades. One-off $70 pouch deals will still leak. That is why featured listings and field partners exist: they do not need a captured sale.

Meet somewhere else

Not every close happens at chrono. After the hold, both phones unlock. Pick a public lot, inspect, then both tap confirm. If it is wrong, open a dispute instead of capturing.

A dispute freezes the card. Each side writes what happened and can attach photos. Admins read the thread, can ask for more evidence within 48 hours, then pay the seller, refund the buyer, or split if the buyer keeps a flawed replica. Full trade rules.

Other city, shipped

You cannot chrono a box in New Jersey from Dallas. Shipping is a different product: escrow, not a meetup.

Buyer holds item + 9%. Local / meetup holds 5.5%. Seller uploads a same-day photo with the listing code, a chrono clip, and a packed orange-tip shot, then adds tracking. Buyer has 48 hours after delivery to dispute. If they do, payout stays frozen. If they don’t, the seller is paid.

That does not prove the replica is perfect. It proves there is money to reverse and evidence to argue with. Venmo to a stranger in another state has neither.

What we do not claim

We do not claim we can stop two people who already play the same Sunday game from trading in the parking lot. We claim that if you want Board protection, the money has to sit here before they meet or before a label is printed.
